CHEF JESUS BECERRA

Jesus Becerra is an accomplished chef with over 25 years experience in authentic Mexican cuisine. He has been a chef at Old Town Mexican Cafe for over 19 years, having created many original recipes as well as several menus. He has an incredible ability to create new items from old recipes. A tequila aficionado himself, he enjoys cooking with different spirits.

The Spirits of Mexico Tasting Reception includes infused hors d’oeuvres such as Grilled Mango/El Grado Reposado, Baby Back Ribs/Corazon Anejo, Cucumber Salad/3 Amigos Reposado, Shrimp with ‘mash’/Oro Azul Reposado, Scallops/Don Eduardo Reposado and more in store. 3 Main Courses include Spinach Salad/t1-Tequila Uno Reposado, Marinated Steak/Chinaco Anejo and Fresh Fruit w/whipped topping/Milagro Anejo.
