Tim Hirota

Tim Hirota has been in the wine and spirits business since 1983, working retail, bar and wholesale. A Certified Specialist of Wine (through the Society of Wine Educators), he has spent most of his career teaching sales, pairing and appreciation of all things alcoholic. Audiences have included many Hotel properties, restaurants, sales forces and consumers.

Currently, he is the Director of Training for Southern Wine & Spirits of Southern California.
