Mezcal Recipes for the sin of PRIDE

  • Slice of Meyer Lemon muddled or .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dash Salt
  • Dash Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh Dill Weed
  • 1.5 Tablespoons chopped pealed cucumber
  • 3 oz. Tomato Juice
  • 2 oz. Scorpion Mezcal Silver

Shake with ice for 20 seconds and pour into highball glass rimmed with sal de gusano from Caballeros or chili salt. Garnish with cucumber spear.

 Mint leaf


  • 1 slice Meyer Lemon muddled
  • 5-6 mint leaves muddled
  • 2 oz. Passion Fruit juice
  • 1 oz. fresh squeezed Orange Juice
  • .5 oz. agave syrup
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Peach Bitters
  • 1 oz. heavy Cream
  • 1.5 oz. Scorpion Mezcal Silver

Shake with ice for 30 seconds and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of Mint.
