Vodka Fest 2006 Cocktails

PINK 10 MARTINI

1.5 oz. X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
2 oz. Gin (Tanqueray 10)
Chill over ice; garnish with Lemon Twist. Serve in Martini Glass

FROSTY LEMON MARTINI

3 oz. Boru Citrus Vodka
1 oz. Pallini Limoncello
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Lemon Wedge

Pour the sugar onto a plate. Rub the rims of the martini glass with a lemon wedge and roll the rims in the sugar. Add Boru Citrus, Pallini Limoncello and Lemon Juice to ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into sugared martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel

THE BLOODY MARIA

4 oz. fresh tomato juice
2 oz. Herb's Aromatic Cilantro Infused Vodka
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
2 dashes Tabasco
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon wedge
1/8 teaspoon sea salt, celery salt, and ground black pepper

THE PERFECT PEAR

2 oz. Wasabé
1 oz. Williams Pear liqueur
1/2 oz. pear and ginger puree mix (need to buy separately and mix 2:1)
Dash of simple syrup (to taste)

Garnish with dried pear and either dust surface or rim glass with cinnamon.
