2009 POLISHED PALATE INTERNATIONAL RUM FESTIVAL

The 2009 Festival features both private and public events. During the Festival, a panel of Spirits Industry Executives will assemble in Ybor City for our 4th Annual (private) Tasting Competition. Most of our honored Judges will attend the Public Events, offering insight & rambunctious rum inations on this delectable potable .

Several Festival events will take place including a formal Rum Tasting Dinner, an outdoor BarBQ and more information to come.

VIP hour starts at 7PM

VIP Guests will have an opportunity to mix and mingle, in a more intimate setting, with experts, authors, distillers and others. Guaranteed Seminar seating & Goody Bags will be given to the first 200 VIP’s only.

General Admission begins at 8PM

Throughout the evening, a dazzling culinary feast will satisfy even the most discriminating palate, while you sip dozens of delicious Rums, Rhums & Cachacas ( and more in store).

Proceeds from our Silent Auction, ending at 9:30PM & featuring fine spirits & other products, will 100% benefit the Sky Ranch Foundation, which has been assisting troubled youth for more than 40 years.

Parking Parking in Ybor City is available in the Centro Ybor and Palm Avenue Garages, various surface lots, and metered on-street sites—and—on the lot adjacent to The RITZ Ybor.
