January '07: The Polished Palate is the first and only event company to be endorsed and sanctioned by the venerable and esteemed Academia Mexicana del Tequila, in the US and in Mexico.

Further, the Polished Palate is the first organization outside of Mexico to be endorsed by the academy.

The site of this year’s event, THE NTC PROMENADE, is a dynamic destination showcasing San Diego ’s innovative spirit, within a community of venues that inspire and engage. The Centre’s stunning park-like campus, nostalgic promenade, beautiful Spanish-revival buildings and spectacular bay views provide an extraordinary setting to showcase the forward-looking people whose innovative approach continues to transform San Diego .

The NTC Promenade, 3 ½ miles from San Diego’s Airport, is a significant new flagship destination for arts, culture, science and technology at the former Naval Training Center in Point Loma. Established to renovate this signature community asset and transform it into a place where “Innovative Experiences” will transform and inspire the lives for generations to come, the NTC Promenade will be an engaging 28 acre creative district brimming with innovation, collaboration and celebration in an historic setting at Liberty Station.

Mario Olivares & Spice, San Diego's Most Romantic Band, will entertain us throughout the evening and a Mariachi Orchestra will open the Festivities.

Proceeds from our Silent Auction, featuring fine spirits & other products, will 100% benefit the Sky Ranch Foundation, which has been assisting troubled youth since 1964.
