TASTING COMPETITION 2007
The Polished Palate is pleased to announce the Spirits of Mexico Tasting Competition taking place in San Diego on Thursday and Friday, September 13 & 14. This portion of the celebration of ‘all things agave’ is private and by invitation only. Judges are selected based-upon their experience and passion for Tequila, Mezcal, Sotol and other Spirits of Mexico.
